It’s that time of the year again…St. Baldrick’s! We’ve been involved with St. Baldrick’s for a few years now and this year Corey and I are honored to be helping out in a leadership role. If you’ve read this blog for a while, you know how special this event is to me. Every once in a while, you meet a person that changes your life, makes you a better person and shows you how to open your heart in a way you never imagined. I’m amazed at the lessons I continue to learn from Abbey and her family.
Being a part of St. Baldrick’s is humbling and exciting and fun. I hope, I pray, that it will be the difference in finding a cure to childhood cancer. If you’d like to help out, head over to the website and donate. My wonderful brother is shaving again this year and I know he’d appreciate your help! If you’re in town, please come to the event! It’s March 20th from 12-5 at the Quaker Steak and Lube (and can I just tell you how awesome the owners/management at QSL have been?! Really, really awesome.). They’ll be donating 15% of food sales to St. Baldrick’s during the event! Hope to see you there!
