I was so excited for this senior session! AJ’s Mom, Missy, and I have been planning it for some time. AJ is the cousin to my lovely friend Aimee (of Aimee and Nathan) who has been kind enough to pass my name along to, like, every one she knows (thanks for that, Aim). 🙂
Anyway, we had to wait until AJ’s Baseball State Championship ring! came in and then he tore his ACL playing football so we had to sneak the session in just before his surgery. Busy kid.
So, this is AJ. He’s a senior at Central, an athlete, polite, funny, kind, smart, loves his family, delightful to work with.
AJ plans to attend college next year, but where he’s not yet sure. It’s such a big decision! I’m certain he’ll be great wherever he decides to go.
An outfit change, simple and masculine. Loved this choice. Also one of my faves from the session.
We were fortunate enough to shoot at the beautiful Congress Lake Country Club.
AJ was not so thrilled about photos in his bare feet…and if you know me, neither was I! HA! But see, AJ, they came out great! 🙂 (ohhh…but since I said that, now is everyone looking at your feet in this photo?) (sorry about that)
We finished up near the water. The light was beautiful and I just can’t say enough how easy and fun this session was. Even with an injury, AJ was happy to sit…stand…kneel…no move a little more this way…nah, back that way…all evening! 🙂
Thanks so much for trusting me with such a milestone. AJ, you’re a wonderful young man, I can’t wait to see the great things you’ll do!
